USER AGREEMENT
When shopping on our online store, you can choose to make purchases either as a registered website user or as a guest. For a more convenient shopping experience, EOTIoT recommends opting for registered user status, allowing you to view your orders and logistics information on the website, facilitating future purchases. Guests making purchases are required to use email for order inquiries (email: [email protected]). To serve as proof of the contract between both parties, the data you provide and the purchase data will be securely stored by EOTIoT. The seller will strictly handle all related data confidentially, refraining from disclosing it in full or in part to any third party, except in the case of our subcontractors. Our subcontractors pledge to treat all information confidentially and are not authorized to retain, use, or provide it to others. We will handle the relevant data in accordance with our privacy policy.
To complete an order, you can add selected items to your shopping basket and follow the order placement steps. Please review the contents of your shopping basket, provide a delivery address (if different from the registered address), choose a delivery method, and make an online payment through the PayPal system. Confirmation of your order and successful online payment will be sent to you via email. If the seller makes an error or fails to fulfill an order, we will notify the buyer as soon as possible and provide an explanation for the non-fulfillment.

If the products in the received package do not match the original packaging or are missing the ordered items, we request that you follow these steps:
- Contact us via email to understand the nature of the issue.
- Return the incorrect products to us by mail.
- Provide the return postage and bank account details for reimbursement of the corresponding return costs.
- Wait for our confirmation of the returned goods. Once confirmed, we will promptly reship the correct products at no additional cost.
