SHIPPING & RETURNS

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • If the carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order information on the website. Customers who have logged in to the website for their purchases can check real-time order tracking information, while customers who have made purchases as guests can inquire by sending an email.

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the products, your location, and the carrier we use. All our items are shipped to your delivery address via air freight, so you will only see the shipping cost on the checkout page. If the shipping cost is not displayed during checkout, it means that we cover the shipping expenses.

If there is a delay in the delivery of a particular item, we will ship the available inventory of your order first. Once the delayed item is back in stock, we will proceed to ship the remaining part of your order. For the second shipment, you will not incur any additional shipping costs or fees.

For items purchased from linkhon.com, you can return them within 30 days of receiving the goods. The return must comply with the following policy:

  • The 30-day return policy applies to unused items in their original condition. You will need to cover the cost of returning the items to our warehouse.
  • If the return period has exceeded but is within 6 months, you can still return the unused items in their original condition. EOTIoT automation will charge a restocking fee.
  • Once the return process has been initiated, you have 14 days to complete the return, and EOTIoT automation will refund the amount within 7 days of receiving the items.
  • If you receive incorrect items, or if there are other issues such as shipping damage, missing accessories, or quality problems, please contact us promptly for an exchange or refund.
